35 years ago Moorhead High School Coaches Terry Cullen and Terry Shercliffe started BlueLine Hockey Schools. Coach Cullen and Shercliffe looked to provide an opportunity for area players to work on their skills outside of the regular season. In those 30+ BlueLine has focused on fundamental skills that translate to success on the ice. Shooting, skating, and puck handling are at the core of our instruction. Our belief is that if you can, skate, handle, pass, and shoot the puck, there is a team that needs you. There are results to back that up as well. BlueLine Hockey Schools has trained more than 45 Division I Hockey players, 10 NHL Draft Picks, 6 NHL Players, and dozens represent the United States at various tournaments.
This Summer, BlueLine Hockey Schools is offering a High School and Bantam Summer Training Program that will run in June and July, something different than in the past. But, it is a necessary change to continue to provide training for area players who are committed to becoming better hockey players.
In addition, we will be providing a more comprehensive training program limited to 36 skaters for players in Squirts and PeeWees. Finally, we will continue to offer a 4 week Mite (8U) camp that allows for young players to get back on the ice and work on their fundamental skills.
