To all girls hockey parents/guardians:

I first want to say thanks for your patience on getting the new girls club schedule out.

As you will see from the attachments the dates and times have changed. The main reason for the change was it would be very hard to get the right amount of coaches on the ice to run this successfully. We will be doing 16 ice sessions and have  it will extend into September, I feel having the kids on the ice right before the season starts is very important.

I know with the changes and short notice families have made other arrangements for the summer. I am hoping we can get as many signed up as possible, we have a set number of skaters we need to have to help cover the cost of ice rental. In the past all the extra money that was made helped pay the coaches and the high school team. In all honestly I just want to have enough for the ice rental so there is a set number of registered players we need to cover the ice cost. So please consider signing up for girls club this summer,  and next summer it will be more organized and ready well in advance.

With the short notice and budget we wont be doing shirts and jerseys this year, please have your daughter bring a light and dark jersey with them for girls club. My focus for on ice this year is skating, shooting, and stick-handling. I want to make each session high intensity so they get most out of the club. Again thanks for your patience and I look forward to a fun girls club this summer.
