MYTEAM is a program established to encourage, support and reward youth hockey players who commit themselves to their schoolwork while enjoying the sport of hockey. Each spring Moorhead Youth Hockey Association holds an academic awards ceremony to recognize student-athletes, in grades 1-12, who have achieved 3.0 or higher grade point averages during the current hockey season.

Support for the Program
While the program is run within the Moorhead Youth Hockey Association, the MYTEAM Program is run on it’s own--fully supported through the generous donations of businesses and individuals. We are seeking donations to help defray the costs of the ceremony and to provide certificates and door prizes to reward the athletes for placing importance on their school work. Please consider helping us promote the significance of good grades to our student-athletes!
