MYHA Registration Information


Regular registration for the 2017-2018 season is now open!! Register now for USA Hockey, then come back and click the link below to register for MYHA. 


Once you complete the registration members will need to come to the youth arena either August 14-15 (5:30 to 7:30) OR  (September 25-26 for new members) to complete the process.

2017-2018 MYHA Registration opens on June 1

USA Hockey Requirement & Steps to Register

USA Hockey's online registration for the 2017-2018 hockey season will open on April 1st, 2017. 

  1. Get your son/daughter registered at USA Hockey and get your confirmation code. Click here to register for USA Hockey.
  2. Use the MYHA registration link above to complete the organization's player registration. 
  3. Download/Complete/Save/Scan the Consent to Treat and Player Conduct forms.

  4. If this is your player's first year with MYHA, scan their birth certificate(s), and have them saved electronically to your computer, or bring it with you to one of the registration nights. 
  5. Attend one of of the on-site parent registration nights (August 14 or 15 OR Sept 26 or 27, 5:30 tp 7:30) where you can finalize offline payments, turn in forms if not uploaded, turn in your volunteer deposit, and purchase your raffle tickets (required for ALL families). 

IF you are unable to save the forms and birth certificate electronically and upload them during the online process you must be bring them in during registration night.

Family Membership Fee: $10/family

Tobolt Equipment Lease Program

The Tobolt Equipment Lease program offers equipment to Rookie and Mite/8U players.  The completed registration form and $200 deposit fee is required before equipment is handed out.  The following equipment is included according to level.


Helmet, face mask, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads, breezers, skates and bag.
