On March 28th at 6pm, a special event is being held to honor hockey moms who have spent their time tying laces, sharpening skates, taping sticks, washing jerseys, coordinating carpools, etc.

Second Year Bantam and 15U moms will be our distinguished guests of honor. These moms are "graduating" with 11 years of hard work and dedication to their players and the association, and we cannot think of a better way to thank these lovely moms, than with a night just for them.

You may have noticed some fancy tables at MYHA, recently, as they are not something you see everyday at a hockey rink. We want to give you an idea of what a Tablescapes event will look like and how you can join in the fun. There are a number of ways you can participate!

First, you can become a Table Sponsor. One can sponsor a table as an individual, group of friends, or a business. Sponsoring a table is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1) Choose a theme in which to decorate a table that will seat 8 people (ie. Beach or Elegant Tea Party Theme. You can even dress up yourself in accordance with the table theme if you want) 

2) Purchase the table for all your guests, or sell tickets to your table. Tickets will be $40 each. This includes a pasta dinner, features a silent and live auction, as well as, a special presentation for graduating moms. 

3) Provide a dessert for your table coinciding with your theme.  

If you don't want to sponsor a table, that is no problem. We can help you find a spot at one of our already sponsored tables. We don't want you to miss out on this wonderful event, so please act fast as seating is limited. Lastly, we are excited to announce that O'Leary's Irish Pub in Moorhead is our event location. Not only does O'Leary's support MYHA in pizza sales, but they are also helping us celebrate hockey moms, by sponsoring this event. All proceeds will be going to help MYHA.
